Can’t recall how I came across this book, but the question is just so relatable to what I do for a living in constantly coaching our clients’ behavior to be more in line with their true values and goals. That is where I have a mixed review on this book. Whereas I was looking more for technique, strategy, and insight into asking the QBQ, this book is way more for an introspective look at yourself.
Now on another hand -I love the subtitle and everything the book talks about -Practicing Personal Accountability. But further, this book is 1 tangent, inner reflection, better questions to ask of yourself -Love It. How to help others with it -this book comes up quite short.
What caught my eye: I love a bunch of the questions – this one struck me: things we acquire are not a measure of our leadership ability.
